Mr. Victor earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine in 1987, and his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1990. Among his credits is the publication of Insurance Claims for Property Loss: Determining Coverage & Presenting Claims, by The Regents of the University of California (3d Edition 1998).

Mr. Victor's first party property experience includes complex fraud investigation, arson, earth movement, water loss and mold claims. Mr. Victor has directed the investigation of numerous property claims; examining the insured's financial information, conducting examinations under oath and policy interpretation for coverage determinations and other legal issues.

Coverage determinations for Commercial General Liability and Automobile policies represent a fair part of Mr. Victor's practice. This would include the interpretation of additional insured obligations, Montrose exclusions, and the duty to defend.

Mr. Victor's litigation and trial experience includes personal injury, premises liability, food contamination, agency liability and matters dealing with Uninsured Motorist issues.
